Phil at Neo Therapy not only irons out all the stresses and strains with his deep tissue massaging, he does so with feel good playlists and inappropriate 70’s jokes and wearing a paper headband…you won’t get that from a foam roller! They don’t call him ‘Phil the Pain’ for nothing! Alex Delamere17 January 2020Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I worked with Catherine weekly for nearly 3 months while I was on an extended trip to London and had an excellent experience, so much in fact that I plan to see her whenever I come back to London during my multiple trips per year. I often skip the massages when I travel (mainly because I don't know who to go to that will understand me), which usually makes me feel lousy by the end. This time I said I'd be diligent and stick with my regular routine, and I'm so happy with that decision. Not only did Catherine help to maintain and improve my areas of difficulty (particularly spine, shoulder, hip and mobility issues), she opened my eyes to new types of treatments such as lymphatic drainage that I have continued to do once I got back home. I had a noticeable positive change in sleep quality immediately after the first lymphatic drainage treatment, and the treatment has continued to be effective for me. I highly recommend Catherine whether you're a local to the city or just visiting for a short period of time Ben Fenn31 May 2019
